The bw, is located in Brentwood at the northeast corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Barrington Avenue. This six-story, 78-unit apartment complex will feature a zen rooftop garden, a modernist lobby and full-service gym. With an iconic glass façade the design is architecturally significant and innovative, inside and out. The bw caters to the community's housing needs on the Westside. This project will enable people to live closer to where they work.

Expected to open in August 2013, the bw will feature 78 one-to-two bedroom units ranging in size from 700 to 1300 square feet, with rents expected to range from $2200 to $4000.
