The R1 Living project is a unique urban infill project in the emerging Del Rey Arts District that will feature 49 architecturally significant townhomes. The vision is to deliver ‘modern brownstones’ in a built environment that draws inspiration from some of the phenomenal design, architecture and material selections coming out of the adjacent Venice neighborhoods.
